To help us create the perfect bell tent or teepee sleepover experience, please book a few weeks in advance whenever possible, especially if you’d like to include any extras.
Once your party date is confirmed, you’ll receive a Magical Hideout Booking Form. Complete and return the form to us, making sure to review our terms and conditions.
We can customize your party with a variety of accessories to match your theme. Need sweet cones, balloons, or cakes? We collaborate with local businesses to provide these extras—just let us know your ideas or special requests, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
The week of the party, we’ll be in touch to confirm delivery times and final details, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
The big day is here! Our team will arrive to transform your space into a magical sleepover setting. Set-up typically takes 60–90 minutes, depending on the bell tent size or the number of teepees. We’ll carefully assemble and style everything to perfection before stepping away to let you and your guests enjoy the party.
We aim to have everything ready at least an hour before your guests arrive, giving you time to relax and take it all in.

The bell tent or teepees are yours to enjoy until the next day. At the arranged time, we’ll return to pack everything up.
After every party, all bedding is freshly laundered using non-biological detergent, and decorative items are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Everything is prepared to the highest standard, ready for the next magical event.

You will need to pay a deposit to secure your date: £30.00 for a teepee sleepover and £50 for a bell tent. The balance is due one week before your event. A security deposit of £100 is also taken when the balance is due. It is refunded within a week of collection, provided all equipment is in the same condition that it was delivered. The security deposit increases to £200 when booking a cinema experience in addition to your tent hire package.
The bell tents can only be pitched on level grass (not artificial grass) and the space required depends on the tent on hire.
4 meter bell tent – 6 meters clearance
5 meter bell tent – 7 meters clearance
The total space required for a teepee with foam mattress (suitable for age 5 to 10 or a maximum height of 130cm) is L-180cm x W-100cm.
The total space required for a teepee with a standard single air bed is L-215cm x W-100cm.
(35 cm of the total length is for the breakfast trays.)
Delivery is included to locations within 10 miles of Silsoe (MK45). A £15 surcharge is applied to bookings over 10 miles and £25 for bookings over 20 miles up to a maximum of 30 miles.
We have full public liability insurance in place so you can feel safe in booking with us.
